2 Cups Corn Bread Mix
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Canned Corn
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Cooking Oil (amount of oil depends on how big your cooking pan is)


1.Rinse and drain the canned corn.
2.Add the corn bread mix and the sugar into a bowl and mix. Then slowly add the water and keep mixing. Do not over-mix.
3.Add the drained canned corn and mix it again.
4.Add cooking oil to the cooking pan. Make sure the oil can cover the bottom.
5.Put the batter into the oil and cook until crispy on the bottom side.
6.Your corn fritters are done! Enjoy!
